ChatNode™ Name: Inspires Bot Traffic

We called our website bot "Chat Buddy", but you can call it anything you want. The name should be a friendly moniker that inspires usage.

Please note that we have attached a bot to this website ChatNode icon that pops up chat dialog, but it still uses as the source, when you click on it. Please look for this item at the far right icon on your screen or display.

ChatNode™ Main Prompt: AI Helps Customer Experience

We found that the main system prompt works quite well (we didn't change it), but you can add to it if you want.

ChatNode avoids jargon in favor of words used in everyday talk. For example, it would use "start" rather than "initiate". Brief, direct phrasing also prevents confusion.

ChatNode™ Creativity Level: Automation and Advanced Features

The creativity setting we changed to 0.6, but you may want to adjust this, depending on how good your answers are. We found that a setting such as this works well.

Balancing creativity level helps ChatNode stay helpful and friendly, promoting the use of the chatbot.

ChatNode™ Contact Info: Ask Questions and Automate Contact Info In Browser

We also displayed our contact email and added one question about awning window motors. ChatNode uses words simply and conversational knowledge to answer common questions. It responds almost instantly instead of customers waiting for agents.


Tips for Asking Better Questions and Better Message Flow

Keep ChatNode questions to short sentences of around 10-15 words maximum. Breaking up concepts across multiple short sentences also allows readers to digest ideas step-by-step.

Prompt writers stick to simple words used in everyday speech that 13-14 year old students grasp. For example, itwould prefer "get" instead of "obtain".
